AI-Karma

About

Responsible AI should not be a large-corporate luxury.

Large companies have compliance teams, lawyers and consultants. Swiss SMEs have the same obligations — Art. 50 of the AI Act since August 2026, the FADP since 2023 — and nobody to turn all that into concrete steps. AI-Karma exists to close that gap.

The situation

In most SMEs, AI is already there: a chatbot on the website, writing tools, an automatic sort somewhere inside a line-of-business application. Nobody formally decided it, nobody keeps an inventory, and the day a large corporate client, an auditor or an authority asks the question, there is nothing to show. The existing frameworks — CHF 22’000 audits, ISO standards, consulting firms — are designed for large organisations.

The answer

A score out of 100 that an executive understands in one meeting, computed as a simple sum of 24 weighted indicators — never a black box. Around the score, the deliverables compliance requires: AI Act classification, AI system register, transparency notices, detailed action plan. The tools are free; human support is paid, at a published price. That is the whole model.

Our principles — verifiable

We mark ourselves against your grid

Our own KarmaScore is public, recalculated at every release, and each of our 24 answers is backed by evidence. When our score goes up, it is because we did the work — the same work we ask of you.

We are not interested in your data

No account, no database, no advertising trackers: your answers live in your browser and only leave it at your explicit request. That is an architectural choice, not a promise.

The method is open

Calculation formula, weightings, legal bases and limits: everything is published and versioned. You are free to disagree with a choice — and to tell us — because you can read it.

Not legal advice, and we say so

AI-Karma structures the work and prepares the deliverables; binding legal judgements stay with your counsel. A tool that is honest about its limits is worth more than an impossible promise.

Who is behind it

Portrait of Jaurès Adjamonsi, founder of AI-Karma

AI-Karma is an independent Swiss project, published by Jaurès Adjamonsi from Juriens, in the canton of Vaud. A finance graduate specialising in finance and controlling, working in risk management in the Swiss financial sector (credit insurance and reinsurance), he personally runs every scoping session, every debrief and every audit — the expertise you buy is the one that answers you. Rather than promising a product, he built it, put it into production and submitted it to his own examination — publicly, version after version.

Where we stand

The engine, the four compliance tools and the flash audit are operational. The “Swiss Ethical AI Inside” label is in α version: it will become awardable once its independent governance is in place — until then we display it for what it is, an objective. The comparison panel is still synthetic; it will be replaced by the real results of the pilot companies.
