AI-Karma

01Pricing

Swiss prices, published, no surprises.

The self-assessment tools are free and will stay free — that is how we make responsible AI accessible. Guided support, on the other hand, is expert work: it is priced fairly, and each step prepares the next.

04FAQ

Questions about pricing

Why is the pilot cohort cheaper?

Because the trade-off is explicit: you pay CHF 3’900 instead of the standard price, and we obtain documented, quotable feedback that feeds the methodology and serves as a reference for those who follow. Five places, not one more — the counter shown on this page is public and updated at every signed agreement: 5 places left out of 5.

What explains the CHF 4’900–7’900 range of the standard price?

Two measurable factors: your headcount (number of people to interview) and the number of AI use cases to classify. The exact price is fixed in writing after the scoping conversation, before any commitment — it does not move afterwards.

VAT, payment, commitment?

Prices in Swiss francs, excluding VAT where applicable. Invoiced at 30 days, 50% on kick-off for audits. No hidden subscription: the annual follow-up is cancelled by simple email before renewal.

Why pay if the tools are free?

The tools tell you where you stand; guided support does the work with you: the right people interviewed, the blind spots flushed out, the deliverables produced and a management team that leaves with decisions — not a list of links.
