The responsible AI flash audit

The free self-assessment tells you where you stand. The flash audit does the work with you: in 6 weeks we run the diagnosis with your teams, produce your compliance documents — AI system register, AI Act classification, transparency notices — and hand management a ready-to-execute 90-day action plan.

02The process

Six weeks, step by step

  1. Week 1

    Scoping

One hour with management: scope, known AI use cases, priorities. You prepare nothing.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Guided assessment

The KarmaScore questionnaire run with the right people (management, IT, HR), the pre-analysis of your website, and the inventory of AI systems — including the ones nobody declared.

  3. Weeks 4–5

    Classification and register

We classify each use case under the AI Act, the European regulation on artificial intelligence: whether it is covered, at which risk level, with which deadlines. We then compile the register of your AI systems — the document any auditor will ask for.

  4. Week 6

    Presentation

Presentation to management: score and benchmark, main findings, costed 90-day action plan, and transparency notices ready if Art. 50 — the obligation to disclose your chatbots and AI-generated content — concerns you.

  5. Day 90

    Follow-up review

Reassessment of the indicators worked on: progress is measured in the same terms as the diagnosis. Included.

05Our commitments

What we hold to

Your data stays with you

the assessment runs in your browser; no internal document is sent to us without an explicit need.

Public methodology

the diagnosis follows the versioned framework published at /methodologie — you can check everything.

Not legal advice

we structure the work and prepare the deliverables; binding legal judgements stay with your counsel, who saves time.

We sit the exam ourselves

our own score and our commitments are public — /exemplarite.

Let’s talk about your situation — 30 minutes, no commitment.

Describe your context in three lines; we come back to you within 48 working hours with a slot and, already, two or three observations about your public presence.
