AI-Karma provides self-assessment tools and reference information on the rules applicable to uses of artificial intelligence (FADP, GDPR, AI Act). This content does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional. The legal reference points are dated (“legal version” displayed in the application) and updated as legislation evolves, without any guarantee of completeness.

Intellectual property

The KarmaScore™ methodology, the content and the interface of AI-Karma are protected. The methodology is published transparently (see Methodology); commercial reuse requires a written agreement.

Liability and applicable law

Use of the service is at the user’s own responsibility; the scores reflect the answers declared. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne (VD), subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
